From the Chicago area west side, take Interstate 55 south to Interstate 80 East (2nd exit). Take I-80 to Larkin Ave. Ill. 7 and exit south (first exit) to Illinois 6 (across from Comm Ed Plant) and turn left (east). Take Ill-6 to Brandon Road and turn right (south) and take for approxiamte 2 miles. Go past the locks and under the railroad bridge to the 1st intersection past the bridge. Go straight for about less than a quarter mile and the quarry is on the left side. Turn in and check in at the trailer.

| When the visability is good, this is a good dive area. There are several items in the water, auto's, ambulances and remains from the quarry operation. The South side is the shallower side with depths up to 40 ft. and the north side has depth up to 85 ft. Visibility is good near the walls and bottom. There is a good fish popluation. No air is on site, and facilities is limited. |
